Bugging your brain like a stone in your shoe!A Slab of Finland!
The NKT friend I call Slab (aka Beisla) and London Nurse, known as Elfycat are visiting today! It's a last minute thing and I'm hardly prepared... They're likely to turn up at the same time as the online grocery delivery which'll just cause disruption... I think I mentioned that I'm trialling a bagless delivery which'll no-doubt make it more complicated and far less organised than usual! Plus my guests'll be subject to the full view of our monthly shopping! I don't think I ordered anything embarrassing! I'm sure we'll get over it and have a good afternoon, before they flit back down south ready for her flight home...
I expect a good ol' mention in Slab's Blog anyway! Of course, this'll be the highlight of her UK visit! Jxx

The driver delivered my shopping most efficiently - but said that the stores didn't like it as it took longer to deliver and they had been given the same amount of time to do their round. Apparently the stores want us all to go back to using bags!

The chief Tesco Bloke said on Auntie Beeb that there wouldn't be any significant delays as drivers had to wait for empty bags to return anyway...! They never waited for mine!
Ouor delivery ewent ok... We get a months worth of shopping at a time so there was a lot for me to carry back and forth but it didn't take more than a few minutes extra! And made it easier to find everything to put away in the correct places! Would be better as a two-person job unloading though! Jxx
