Deadly Worth?
$4075.00 The Cadaver Calculator - Find out how much your body is worth
This is rather morbid! I love it!
On a slightly more serious financial note... There are some staff where I work, who due to a new payroll company balls up, haven't been paid fully, or at all for three months! It's a totally unacceptable state of affairs. It has been publicised in the nursing media, and one of our staff went the local paper after receiving half pay for a third time and to be honest, I don't blame her! She also went off work sick... Why should folk work for no pay or work full time for half pay? She's not the only one and if they screw up again this month we'll loose a few more staff to 'sockness' I'm sure... The stress alone would make me unable to work! I asked the new payroll to update two d3etails on my payslip (job title and workplace) and they only managed one! God knows how they're going to fair with adding my yearly increment, the payrise when we finally get it (another sore subject which I'll no doubt tell you about some time!) and sort out the backlog of underpayments...
And it was all supposed to be a money saving idea to switch tpo the new payroll... Now the hospitals are having to pay for missed direct debits and penalisations on unpaid bills for staff who haven't been paid! Wazzocks! Jxx
