Reflections.
I got a cold! And I have to work! S'not fair (hehe)!
D gave me a lift to work this morning though. Very nice to not have to concentrate on the journey. There are all kinds of things you never get to see as the driver. Not that they're very interesting... It's just a different perspective. I suppose it's like when I'm not the nurse in charge? When the Sister is around or some other senior (more rarely) and I can take a back seat and see the ward in a different light? It's not often but when it happens you get to think about things in a slightly skewed manner. This is the time in which you get your revalations I suppose? Those times when you're not too busy to reflect?
I wonder if I could use this as reflective learning in my nursing portfolio?
In other news... Didn't get to see the second episode of ITV's Primeval due to working yesterday but I think D recorded it? (Forgot to ask when I got home - was just pleased to be there!) It's a poor attempt at Sci-Fi, pretty much what I'd expect of ITV but in these Torchwood / Dr Who droughts (And whilst waiting for Series 3 - or is that 2.5? - of Battlestar Galactica on DVD) we have to scavenge the pickings on offer. It's got one good looking guy in it which is a draw (James Murray) and I ought to give it two or three epsiodes to see if it's going to develop at least? Jxx

I really don't like Primeval. There are far too many things lifted from Torchwood for my liking. Plus, I'm very much a geology geek, and some of the things in the show are just *wrong*. I do love Connor though, he's pretty much a male version of me.
Hope you feel better soon.
Yeah, from the little I know of you, I can imagine you as a Connor... Still not even seen episode two though. Working weekends sucks! I didn't expect much from a non-BBC drama, snob that I am... It's just a filler! Jxx
