Just got my Annual Leave (Holiday / vacation) entitlement for the coming year confirmed! As I've reached ten years service, I go onto the top level of time away from this place... 41 days aka 307.5 hours... How great is that? Must say, I'm rather pleased at the prospect of 8 weeks off over the year! A whole 15% of the working year not spent at work! Yay!
Of course, having just finished a week off, I'm rather deluding myself to think of the prospect of more time away any time soon... The new entitlement starts 1st April and the rota's are already written until May... Doh!

So...where are you thinking of travelling this year? Somewhere exotic??
How about Florida?
It's unlikely we'll be heading anywhere too far afield! We both need year off from the traumas (claustrophobia, anxiety, airsickness, fear of death) of flying!
We'll be well and truly UK based for 2006 I'm afraid!
And I'd guessed it was you before ;-)
