Bugging your brain like a stone in your shoe!Northern Lights...?
The film, based on the Northern Lights is due out at the end of this year... The accompanying website is of course already active and through this, you can 'choose' a daemon. Which I did...
...Of course, they're calling the film 'The Golden Compass'! Why the hell do they have to change titles like this? It's not even a bloody compass, it's an alethiometer, although i may have spelt that wrong! They did the same with the Philosophers Stone (Harry Potter) in the USA, changing it to the 'Sourcerors' stone... Do they think dumbing it down is really necessary?
Grrrr...
Anyway, I'll still watch the film!

I seem to have inadvertantly changed your daemon! I don't know if it's a permanent change or if only I can see it, but it was a cat and is now a spider!

That's the idea Jan! ;-) For a short while, friends and family can make a difference and 'change' my daemon to one that suits me according not only to what I think but what everyone else thinks of my personality too! In the books, a daemon doesn't settle on it's true form at first either! So, I've got a spider for now... Will see if we get any more changes! Jxx

You ain't fickle! I mean, you've been with your partner for a very long time, and compared to my experiences in the GLBT community here, you're a bloody model of restraint! Seems like a lot of the Gays/Lesbians I know personally here change partners like I change my socks, and that includes one of my former partners and my brother! I love my bro, but I really wish he would find ONE PERSON FOR MORE THAN A MONTH AT A TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
