So long Schuey! At last!

The 2006 F1 season finished in Brazil yesterday and although I didn't watch the race, I kept an eye on the results. Why? Well, despite loosing Jacques Villeneuve this season (who's now producing music - you can download his first track 'Accepterais-tu' from iTunes) we also say a thankfull farewell to the cheating German Schumacher whose finally left the Formula One circuit. His pathetic attempts to win support have fallen on my deaf ears over the years as I questioned the need for anyone reportedly so good to run Damon Hill off the road, try the same trick with Villeneuve and block other drivers in Monaco, to name but three cheating incidents. He truly strove to win no matter what and that to me is not sportsmanship.
So, Congratulations to Fernando Alonso of Renault who wins his second F1 season Championship and good riddance to the Ferrari failure.
here's to a glorious 2007 season without the cheating git! Jxx

and AMEN to that. I loved the way he ran up Coultard's arse in the wet - oh, about six years ago - and then blamed him for the crunchy.
Off topic, isn't it about time DC quit and became a full-time innkeeper? It's just not dignified to have a talented driver like that having to drive an F1 Vauxhall Astra.
There are a fair few drivers should quit and let the Yoof have a shot at things. Eddie irvine & Johnny Herbert both hung on too long and DC is just another hapless example! Jxx
