Hi Jayson, do you remember me? jan 55. I've just joined the new kt and I've followed the link from one of your postings. I saw you had written omi palone and I laughed. Being a lady of a certain age I fondly recall listening to Hugh Padick and Kenneth Williams doing 'I'm Julian and this is my friend Sandy' on a Sunday afternoon on 'Beyond our Ken' and 'Round the Horn'. Lovely to vader your eek ducky!
Of course I remember you Jan55! I still have a card you sent to cheer me up when I was feeling down! Sometimes the smallest of gestures make the greatest of difference!
Omi Palone was 'discovered' whislt watching teh BBC2 documentary on words in the English language... I found the language fascinating and really need to do more research! you obviously know your stuff ;-)
Thanks for commenting on the blog, despite there being little in it of late :rolleyes: I shall watch out for you on NKT!
