Diet 3.7...?
OK, so I'm back on the ol' diet again and properly again this time (yeah, really, honestly, proper like!)! Pointing a lá Weight Watchers but not going to the meetings... Do I have the mental focus to stick to it...? Well, in the first week, with a trip to Liverpool attached to my plans I managed to fail somewhat for several days. Yes, with points™ you can eat anything, so long as it falls in your daily allowence but Donner Kebab and Chips was pushing it... As was the Carrot Cake... And Breakfast 'Barms'!? (What's a barm? It's a Cob, or roll, or bap... Depending on what corner of the country you reside it would seem!)
So, I've erred a little in the first few days but have been well on track for the latter part of the week. I made Soup (Cauliflower & Cheese), A nice Brown loaf and a Vegetable Cobbler, all low fat which went down a treat and have been eating fruit, drinking my two litres a day and being back at work means more exercise... Come Monday morning maybe the God of Electronic Scales will be kind? Jxx
