Private Paradise
Following on from his amazing success (and sometimes failures)in the world of Formula 1 racing, Jacques Villeneuve is rather amazingly celebrating in a different way... His first music album, Private Paradise has been released stateside and is due in UK shows 26th March!
I've been a Villeneuve fan since before he was F1 world champion - I fell for the bleach blonde hair and cheekbones and it's been reluctantly that I've had to admit his F1 performance has been poor over the past few seasons in comparison to his glory days but I can confirm that the first single from his album, Accepterais-tu was suprisingly tunefull, despite poor sales in his native Canada!
Even if he's not being dubbed as the next big thing, I'm still looking forward to the album release and hope to have it winging it's way to me from Amazon very soon!
Equally, I hope we hear of some success for JV in his Le Mans and NASCAR efforts in the future.
In other news... It's been a thankfully calm weekend at work. What with the clock changes from GMT to BST, I've certainly been tired today (Sunday) but it's finally nearing the end of my shift (I'm writing this on my afternoon break!) Back Tuesday & Friday the coming week but looking forward to a day off with D tomorrow! Yay!
Discovered the relatively new Gareth David-Lloyd Fan Forum a short while ago... Link in the Wooley Links section! I'm currently the only male member but thankfully not the oldest member! It's a site in progress but at least it's somewhere for the obsessed to hang out... <3 Ianto <3 Jxx
