Procrastinating

I've got a 4,000 word essay to write this week... I will therefore be spending every moment I can doing anything but! Not diffcult now that we've got a new laptop!!



Yep, we went out for cat litter and returned with a new Sony Vaio! We called Vaianto! *smirk* Nice huh? Well, the other machine was really struggling... They keyboard was knackered anyway... It was nearly three years old... How else can I justify this? I blame D's work colleague who wanted our advice on a new laptop... We only went into the PC stores to see what kind of spec was on offer!

Anyway, I'm not going to complain! The new machine is lovely and sleek and beautiful and it works! Yay!

In other avoidance news, I have just finished dusting and vacuuming the bedroom which seems to get an awful amount of dust accumulation... Not sure why it seems so bad in that room? The rest of the house is no where near as dust-ridden! Maybe it's the colour of the walls?? Am also going to clean the bathroom today, put together a poster for my leaving do detailing times and venue now that I've got names of attendees (we're going to an eat all you want chinese buffet type place) and play with Vaianto plenty... Have also planned dinner (Chicken fried Rice) so will cook that at some point!

Yes, eventually I'll have to do the essay but I've got two more days off later this week... Surely it'll wait till then?
