Therapy...

Even online shopping seems to cheer me up!! I've just spent some random amount (daren't check) on gifts for the other half, mother, father / brother (not yet decided which) and a few others... Including me of course! As mentioned in my last post, it's all in the name of Xmas of course... Don't want to be caught in that vile last minute rush to buy the last remaining scabby presents on Xmas Eve after all - I've got an image of stylism to maintain! Besides, it reks of desperation and even if I've not got someone a gift, I ain't lowering myself to that level! (snob!)

Should as I say, also get a few things for myself over the coming days... A couple of books, a dvd or two... a few gadgets? Well, anything I can't bear to wrap up and give away when it comes to it really! I'm sure I could fabricate some kind of 'This year I spent your Xmas money on a Goat for starving Albanians...?' It's all the rage after all!

Actually, it's no bad thing these environmentally / ethically sound presents. I expect with all the recent media attention on the environment, more people may consdier alternate gifts and it'd be nice to think that 2006 might actually have some, even minor, impact on the world positively rather than neagtively...? Oh, of course, I forget the budget flights from the UK to China that have been announced... There goes the Carbon saving in one flight!! Jxx
