Random Entry?

Not been quite so heavily bombarded this morning so I'm adding another random blog entry. Was really REALLY busy yesterday, far more so than I expected but I underestimated my list of 'office' jobs to do... Still got half the list to tackle today! Also, not back at work till Saturday (working 2x12hr shifts at the weekend) so gotta get on top of everything today!

Downloaded my new performance job outline yesterday... All part of the Agenda for Change (AfC) pay and appraisals system... It's complicated at first glance but had a really good session learning about the new way to appraise employees the other day and it included some time on understanding these Job Dimensions... Lots of buzz words but basically just a framework to define what we should be doing and how we measure that!

Looking forward to meeting up with my Virtual-Bro tomorrow... Syberdragon, aka Malvace (Blog link in my blogroll!) is a great guy with more than his fair share of lifes misery thrown at him! Of course, I'll no doubt brighten his month just by being in his prescence!? Good opportunity to test the Sat Nav over a distance too!

Also looking forward to good weather over the rest of the week so I can spend some time in the pool perhaps? Need to find some cheap and fun inflatables to add...

Gotta start work now alas! Still, two entries in two days... Can't complain!? Jxx
